Please be aware that we are currently performing maintenance on our ParentPay systems, and as such, are unable to issue new accounts. Existing accounts should work as normal.
New students will have their account details issued in due course, please do not contact the Academy ahead of this; account details will be issued in the coming weeks once ready.
In the meantime, we will allow student accounts to run into debt as we are aware that it may not be possible for you to top-up their account, this balance can then be settled once normal access to ParentPay has resumed.
