To help us plan for re-opening in September, and to make all the necessary adjustments to the site in order to meet the government’s expectations, we have decided to finish the on-site Year 10 subject mentoring sessions at the end of this week.
I have been greatly impressed with Year 10’s approach to the on-site pastoral and academic mentoring since 15th June. It has been great to see them attend the Academy and enjoy the company of their friends and staff. Equally their commitment to the remote learning has been impressive.
We will remain open for the children of key workers and any vulnerable children, but we will not be accepting any new students who have not previously attended.
We will be in contact with details of our re-opening plans in due course.
